The hotel itself is good and a value for money. But the pricing policy must be regulated.
The hotel area is huge and green. The beach access is great having everything needed.
Negative: The staff, charged me extra on the check in. And it was almost 50% from my price. So for sure not a tourist fee. And I was shocked more when booked another stay after a week at the same hotel through the tourist company almost 2 times cheaper in total what I paid when booked through booking.com

Good
It was my 2nd visit to Dream Lagoon, but i wasn't happy like the time before , last summer, food, desserts needs to be improved, beverages are all artificial tasteless
You need to reserve your seat on the pool by 6 am. otherwise, all seats are reserved by towels, and the hotel doesn't have any action to manage this improper attitude
I believe that repeated guests should have more privilege same like other chains
